Print Care prints your documents on both digital and offset presses. We have state of the art equipment in
our workshop.
Print Care's Graphic Designers are well trained and experienced in graphic designing. It also has high quality Graphics Design Section with Apple MacIntosh Computers, Computer to Plate
(CtP) and one of the high class digital colour printers for short runs and proofing.
Print care is a Malawian Company set up to provide solutions to all your high quality printed documents. We use high quality advanced technology for production of your documents and our aim is to give our customers high quality printed documents.
We are a registered company in Malawi and our registration number is MBRS 1002592 and we are based in Lilongwe on Kirk Road in the Old Sana Cash and Carry Shop behind Shoprite opposite DAPPShop.
We are also a registered company with the Office of the Director of Public Procurement (ODPP).Print Care was set to provide high quality printing services to the corporate world, NGO's, Government Ministries/Departments, Statutory Corporations, foreign missions, school, individuals, etc

Print Care has a Quality Control Section which takes care of all issues to do with the quality of a
printed products by the company. We do not compromise quality of our printed jobs. Every
printing process of our jobs is carefully monitored from beginning to the very end. The Quality
Control Section ensures that the jobs being printed conform with the accepted standards and the
specifications of the customer.
All jobs brought to print care for printing are carefully scrutinized by the Graphic Designers to
make sure that the quality of the document received is of high quality. Where necessary the
designers work on the document to make the necessary improvements. Proofs are made and
checked thoroughly by our proof readers for spellings, punctuations, grammar, technical
consistency, fount usage, numerals, hyphenation, continuity, errors, etc.
The General Manager
too checks the proofs to ensure that very high quality standards are maintained before sending a
proof to a customer to check and sign to authorize printing.
Before printing is commenced, a proof is printed which is checked by the quality controller and
the Production Manager to make sure that all the necessary settings are done properly. The proof
is signed by these officers authorizing the printing to proceed if all the requirements are met. Spot
checks are done during printing to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the printing
process.
The printed sheets are quality checked after printing to make sure they quality is maintained and that there are no blanks.
All operations are done under the watchful eyes of the supervisors and the Production Manager.
Every stage of binding is checked to maintain quality. The books being bound are quality checked
to make sure all pages are there and that no pages are upside down or protruding. Faulty sheets or
pages are removed and replaced by the correct ones.
Before a full binding operation is done, one sample is done for checking by the Quality Controller
to check and where necessary the General Manager.
The binding section has a range of equipment for all sorts of binding styles. These machines are
used to ensure that the quality of binding is the correct one for each type of documents.

Where during the printing process an error occurs or is noted a corrective action is taken immediately. If the error is found to be from the customer, he is informed immediately for his/her decision on the way forward. If the error is internal, management takes responsibility and corrects the error.
Print Care apart from proving printing services also takes its social responsibility seriously. The company once in while donates to the Malawian community items that are required to improve the life
of those that need assistance.
The company targets schools, hospitals, communities, religious organisations, etc. It also targets
individuals who are not capable of providing themselves with some of the basic needs that can make
life better. This group include physically challenged people, the elderly and orphans, who cannot
support themselves.
The company donated wheelchairs and Diet Forms to the Diabetes clinic of the Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe.
Management of Print Care has been donating desks, teachers tables, chairs, teacher’s scheme books to primary schools in Lilongwe and other districts.
